These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of arthada.com (“Arthada”, “we”, “our”), operated by Manan Jindal, an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN: 308707), based in Mohali, India. By using Arthada you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Arthada provides a free, educational goal-readiness assessment for Indian users. You provide information about your income, expenses, savings, and life goals, and we compute an Arthada Score, goal-gap breakdown, and personalised SIP recommendation based on stated assumptions described in the Disclaimer. The service may also offer mutual fund onboarding via our distribution partner ZFunds.
You must be at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use Arthada. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Using the assessment does not require an account. If you choose to provide your email or other contact details, you do so voluntarily and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the assessment. The Arthada Score and SIP recommendations are only as accurate as the inputs you provide. We do not verify your inputs against any external source.

If you choose to invest through Arthada, the actual mutual fund onboarding, KYC, and transaction services are provided by our partner ZFunds (powered by BSE Star MF). Your use of those services is governed by ZFunds' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider beyond our reasonable control.
All content on Arthada — including the Arthada Score methodology, name, logo, copy, design, and software — is owned by Manan Jindal / Arthada and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Arthada is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate in every case. The calculations are based on stated assumptions and may not match your actual financial outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Arthada and its founder, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or investment returns, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any direct loss arising from your use of Arthada shall not exceed ₹1,000.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Arthada at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. The provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive any termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and where appropriate, by notice on the homepage or via email. Continued use of Arthada after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right to use the grievance redressal mechanism at /grievance, any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of Arthada shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mohali, Punjab, India.
